ستالين فظ جداً، وهذا العيب، رغم أنه محتمل تماماً بيننا وفي تعاملنا فيما بيننا كشيوعيين، يصبح غير محتمل منصب الأمين العام. لهذا السبب أقترح على الرفاق أن يفكروا في طريقة لإزاحة ستالين من هذا المنصب وتعيين رجل آخر مكانه.
